Geraint is a senior lawyer at law firm Lewis Silkin LLP. He is a specialist in the Brands and Intellectual Property team, with particular expertise in advertising and marketing law and regulation. He advises many of the world’s biggest and brightest creative agencies, and several of the best known brands in the world. He provides strategic and commercial advice on national and global campaigns. He is a leading figure in his firm’s LGBT initiatives, and is part of the ‘Legal Best’ network (an LGBT network of specialist London-based law firms). He has organised and hosted LGBT events with Lord Smith of Finsbury (chairman of the Advertising Standards Authority, first openly gay MP/Cabinet Minister), Peter Tatchell, Evan Davis, Robyn White (a barrister who spoke about her personal experiences of trans issues), and Sir Derek Jacobi. He received a letter of endorsement from Hillary Clinton when she was US Secretary of State. He has contributed to various articles on LGBT issues. He recently spoke alongside Baroness Featherstone at the PRCA’s first LGBT event, which he helped organise – the PRCA is a trade body for PR agencies.
